Dove Shampoo and Conditioner only 49 cents at Broulim's!

Broulim's has select Dove products on sale this week as part of its Unilever Buy 2, Save $1 Sale.

Dove Shampoo and Conditioner, 8.5-12 oz. is on sale for $2.49 and there are also a bunch of new personal care coupons in this past Sunday's Red Plum, including several different Dove coupons. So I immediately got excited. 



I was a little doubtful that this deal would actually work because the coupon was a little confusing.  Or maybe it wasn't and I was just skeptical that there would be such a good deal. 

The coupon states "Save $4.00 on any TWO (2) Dove Hair Products (excludes trial and travel sizes and Dove Men+Care)".  I wondered if that meant only stylers like gel and mousse, but if you look closely at the picture it shows a shampoo and conditioner.  It said "any Dove", so I figured it would probably work and headed to Broulim's to grab this (and other) deals.

Here is the deal breakdown:

Buy (2) Dove Hair Care Products included in sale
Subtotal: $4.98
Use (1) $4.00 on any TWO (2) Dove Hair Products (from RP 1/25, exp. 2/8)
New total: 98 cents, or 49 cents each!


I tested the deal about an hour ago and it worked.  The coupon did beep at checkout, but the cashier looked it over didn't see a problem so she typed it in manually.  Cha-ching!
