Free Contact Lens Trial/Sample

Here is an opportunity to get a free sample of contact lenses. So all of you blind people (myself included) grab your glasses and read up on the details below. I just did it and got a certificate for a free trial.

After you complete the registration two things will happen.
1) You will see a link to print a coupon for $2/1 Opti-Free PureMoist Contact Solution, like below

2) You will see a button on the right that says "PRINT YOUR FREE TRIAL CERTIFICATE"
Click there and then print the certificate. It entitles you to one free trial when you bring it to your "eye care professional". I just printed mine so I don't know exactly where I can take this around Rexburg.If you figure it out before I do, comment and let us know!
